This Privacy Policy describes how San Antonio Virtual Security (operated by Joel Galan Jr, DBA San Antonio Virtual Security, San Antonio, Texas) collects, uses, and protects personal information.

It applies to our company website, to Guard Command HQ — our guard-management platform used by our officers, staff, and clients — and to our SMS text alert program.

01Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide security services and operate our platform:

02How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not use personal information for purposes unrelated to providing and managing our security services.

03SMS / Text Messaging

Mobile phone numbers are collected only when a member provides their number inside Guard Command HQ and opts in to urgent text alerts. These alerts are operational messages for our officers and staff — such as shift reminders, no-show and coverage alerts, and dispatch notifications.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies depending on scheduling and operational needs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive text alerts, though we may still contact you by other means about your account or scheduled shifts.

04How We Share Information

We share personal information only in limited circumstances:

We do not sell personal information.

05Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, but we take the protection of the information entrusted to us seriously.

We keep records only as long as needed for our operations and to meet our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or disposed of securely.

06Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date shown above.
